RIDING IT OUT
CAUGHT IN THE TIDE
Sometimes life takes us out with the tide, and we feel like we are drowning, and that no matter what we do or how much we try to make things get better, we are just caught up. This is the point where we have to swim or float with the current for awhile. Be patient while doing this, and know that it will be over soon. Even if you don't see the shore yet, you will arrive on it safely.

TIME TO BREATHE
Maybe now is the time to just breathe. Don't feel like you need to be anything specific right now. Don't even fight for any type of normalcy. Just be whoever you are in the midst of everything. Suspend any expectation for yourself, beyond knowing that you are great strength. The strength to persist. Knowing deeply that a way will be found and that things will eventually be easier.

Hi Marion,
That is a beautiful simile of life sometimes feeling like being caught in the tide. And as you say "Be patient while doing this, and know that it will be over soon. Even if you don't see the shore yet, you will arrive on it safely" So true! Great post with many excellent suggestions.
Keep well :D
Thank you. Glad you liked it
