Missing 10.723 steem

Experiencing difficulties with eobot. Sigh. I have done a withdraw of steem from eobot back in june. I should have recieved my very hard earned STEEM by now. My faith in blockchain has been rattled as of late. It looks more and more like a way fro greedy hackers to scam the everyday person. Its their rules. Obviously they make and break them as they see fit. I have been scammed a half a dozen times. Please tell me this in not another one.
