You're kidding right?!
If that's true, the beer is dispatched in uncarbonated form, similar to what is found in beer canisters, used in bars for tap beer.

There have been also some milk pipelines in the Netherlands between an island an the mainland.

There must either be a lot of cows on that island or kids, which require milk.
It's not the only project in Germany.
