5 facts about ADIDAS (5factsabout series ) - #5

Adidas is one of the most famous sport wear companies. And here are 5 facts about it:

1-The name "Adidas" wasn't the name of the brand until 1924. It was called Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik. (I don't think anyone would say that LOL)

2- The three-stripe logo wasn't made for Adidas. It was sold to them by a Finnish brand "Karhu"for two bottles of whiskey and 1600 Euros.

3- Adidas was the pioneer in making shower shoes. It made them especially for the German football team so they can enter the showers if they were dirty.

4- In Boston, there was a place called "Adidas Park" that allowed no one to enter if they're not wearing Adidas sneakers. Other than that, people's shoes or sneakers from other brands could have been snatched and taken and then hung on what some people called "the tree of shame".

5- Most people think that the "Super Star" Shoes are the most famous, but nope, it is the Stan Smith.
