You must have come over such exhortation updates on facebook. They demand you to do something and there is an edge to it. It may go something like this;

Type 'Amen' if you are a child
of God.

Of course you are but if you do not type then you are not.

God: "My child will type,
'Amen'."

Devil: Mine will ignore.

Now this is complicated. What do you do? This is exhortation.

Get unsecured loans.

You jump on the bandwagon expecting some cash. You are told to pay a non-refundable fee. What do you do? It is exhortation.

Type 'welcome' and you
will see wonders.

You type and nothing happens. This is exhortation.

WHY SUCH EXHORTATIONS?

  • A need for popularity.

One needs more likes and comments. Exhortation is done to achieve this. Victims fall to it and the exhortationist gets his way.

  • Searching For Finances.

People want to get easy money. They use social media to get their way. They resort to exhortation.

  • To get your personal details.

Sometimes the culprits want to get your personal details. They use the details for criminal uses like sending you pornographic images.

  • For Pleasure.

Some people enjoy when you fall to their pranks.

  • To subscribe to their
    activities.

Exhotationists would like to hook you to their weird activities.

Beware of such. Never be enticed.
