Anyone have the rights to look at your public facebook profile including your employees,they can view your public facebook profile at their own discretion.....

There are actually possible two reasons why some employers do actually use the Facebook regarding their employees...

1 - to find some good employees...

Some recruiting arms of the businesses, if they are actually very good at doing social recruiting, they will definitely use social platforms like facebook to actually test the major social presence of the candidate....Additionally, the business owners, or the department heads and also even executives, again who are actually so knowledgeable of the social recruiting, will often look at individuals on Facebook prior to the agreement to actually have a conversation with them about any great job opportunity.....

2 - some Department heads,some compliance officers,some HR personnel and even some business owners will actually review the activities of their employees on Facebook to really be able to stay aware of the type of conversations that their employees are really having on social media...this is often use to judge the ethic and moral values of the employee...

so Therefore here are some few rules for the employees who are using Facebook beyond business:

i - always ensure you do not mix pleasure with business,be able to draw the line between having fun on social media and your profession/career....because you actually never know who is actually watching you or sharing your activities on social media...

ii- ensure that you never Do, or Say or actually Engage on Social Media in some ways which uou do not really want to be Seen, or actually Heard or actually perceived in real world...
