Much like BTC has the lightning network, libra will have a second layer built for censorship and control. That will start at the fiat gateway exchanges. To list libra coin, they will need to conform to an amalgam of regulatory requirements. If you think it will be easy to trade your libra for Monero, you might be in for a wake-up call.
