I was just talking to a group of investors today about how prolific facebook has become when it comes to marketing real estate. A few years ago , I didn't think it was a valid platform to market real estate - but today it's one of the biggest forms of RE marketing there is and I was discussing the importance of implementing it into your marketing plan - even if it means bringing in someone else who knows what they're doing ...
It's a really useful tool, considering how many people are connected now. It's so easy to share, too, so if you have friends willing to share with their friends, it's the best kind of word-of-mouth marketing.
