Facebook has unveiled a range of new business tools. As per the report of Tech Crunch, the latest features will allow the users to reach and chat with customers and generate leads, etc. Facebook has plans to expand these features to more users across the U.S., and later launch it in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, and the U.K.
