There are several differences between the voting rules on Ezira, and Steem. On Ezira, there are multiple assets that convey voting power: EZIRA (The cryptoequity of the platform), EziraPower (Vesting EziraCoin that can be divested over 10 weeks), and EziraBonds (Locked in EziraPower that offers a 50% increase to voting power and vesting reward per year locked). Each one of these assets gives voting power. On Ezira, posts content rewards are allocated when users upvote a post, and also when they view posts according to their voting power.
Ezira is designed to be better than Steem because it incorporates a wide variety of features into a single blockchain network, including a decentralized exchange, marketplace product sales, and distributed encrypted file storage for all kinds of content files. Ezira network nodes will store the image, video and audio files of posts, in addition to the text content. It will allow users to encrypt their posts so that only specific accounts can view them. Where Steemit mainly focuses on blog content, Ezira will enable the posting and hosting of all types of multimedia files. In addition, Ezira will have 4 elected committees to provide services to the network for block production, marketing, advocacy, and development.
