Late night 'snooker'
We went out to play 'Snooker' last night.
I put it in brackets because I'm pretty sure what they call snooker we call 'Pool'.
And maybe it has a different name in other places as well.
What I did notice is that the pool balls are smaller here and also have different colours.
I got my ass handed to me.
I did not manage to win a single game.
I had a lot of fun though but need more practice on these tables.
Luckily in Brasil there is always a Beer near by to drown the sorrows :)

Looks like pool to me! My husband and I used to play in a league. My husband was a very good player and won a few tournaments. Me, not so much. I think I went for the beer!
Hahahahahah What a nice story and off course bear is the best medicine to kill the worries. Hope so after doing a little bit more practice you could win the game Bro @exyle :)
Lol, I don't know why they use different colors. Maybe they like to be different.
Well soccer is the same. :)
This is pool
Snooker is different where they have red balls and each time you pot a red ball, it has to be followed by a colour ball.
Latenight games are excellent. Reminds me of college days.
Most importantly brahma is an excellent beer
Yep. We would call that pool too @exyle. But the colours look different. 😊
Mark @exyle while you were drowning your Sorrows I picked Up a couple of Gold Steemmonsters in the Monster Market. I just have a feeling they are going to be worth more Money in the Future, Alpha Cards of Course.............
Doesn't snooker has a bigger table with smaller balls...also snooker balls dont have numbers on em..
Yes :)
Do they play local music?
"I'm pretty sure what they call snooker we call 'Pool'." - Ahahhaha
As soon as I saw the title I knew this sentence had to be somewhere inside this post. :D
I guess the different name must come from the translation to portuguese... (because, once again, here in Portugal that also happens)
That looks like pool with weird colored balls. I have never played snooker, but I have seen the tables when visiting England. A lot bigger than pool tables for sure!
