Democratic Public Disorder

One needs to bring to spotlight the shoot on spot or missing person related policies of the security mechanism. They aggravated a sense of lack of justice or civilisation in our society and public. Where the citizens can be abducted or shot on spot without due process or administration of justice.

The failure of the state to aspire to the natural justice which is an invisible hand in the delivery or administration of justice. Such situations lead to the acquisition of disorder into the hands of the general public. This doesn't lead to civil war rather savage administration of justice. Each person starts owning being the master of justice in the name of majority or supernatural deities.

The exasperated situation of public unrest and guided rallies under the umbrellas of politicians. The display of vandalism and mob rule are the aftereffect of those policies which snatched civility and due process from our administration of justice in the name of the war on terrorism or national security.

In an illiterate and economically destitute society, the public order is a foremost requirement and the institutions of state are devised to keep it functional. Political parties are one of the contributory institutions of the democracy. It comes with imbibed duty towards the Constitution and rule of law or public order for a society in chaos can be verily run without a political party.

In absence of consciousness of political parties and their orderly directions, a society turns into a security state and those electoral saviours lose their leading role. They turn into strategic dynamites instead of peacemakers or contractors of public order. A political party working for disorder in society through chaotic mobility of rhetorics become a menace and lose its authority to sign the contract between Government and governed.

Where governing or ruling party comes in protest against its own rule and institutions, lead to the acquisition of a madman mindset. Instead of shifting the paradigm from security state to administrative or welfare state, the party with stakes in governing lose its base through self-cremation and slaughter of its governance.
