I agree that whales not voting is creating the conditions needed for giving voting power to the masses. What I would like to know is how is this going to translate into a permanent solution?
A great question! We'll have to wait and see. If the experiment goes well and the community likes the way things are going with the revised voting behavior (ignoring the unhappiness over downvotes) then I think we will be in a good position to discuss long-term solutions.
