I do not take any supplements nor any aid to sleep. I did take melatonin few times, 0.5mg pills I guess. I have had problems with sleep since I was a teenager. So I did try a lot of things to get sleep so there were occasions when I couldn’t sleep for more than three days and I had to take one of these pills, and I slept like a baby. I slept for more than 10 hours.

And I do get sleep paralysis, it happens when I am too tired worried about work or something. I think stress is the main reason I get it. And when I get it no matter what, I can never wake up. I have to go back to sleep and then wake up normally.

For the first few times, I thought I was dead as I slept during day time and my family was all around doing their normal day stuff. And I was trying to shout and ask for help, in my mind, I was shouting like crazy, but in reality, I was just sleeping with my eyes closed.
