Afternoon Track Session

I just finished a 6.11km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:18ss !

Back on track, at the track.

Its always fun, our Thursday night training run as it is just a little bit of fun with easy warm up and cool down. Then some nice sprints with @run.kirsty.run at the athletics track near my work.

We will be missing this run over the next few weeks as my parents will be visiting Auckland over the coming weeks, so it was good to make sure we did this run today.
