I just finished a 8.746km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:42ss !

A slight change to the schedule as I usually have my timed run on Wednesdays.

Leaving a little late from the office and the fact that I had an early morning this morning with work had me change my run to a run down to the beach, specifically the run I usually do on Fridays. Although it was a little cold today, the sun was shining and the wind was not too strong. I did push the run a little hard though, which had me struggling up the hills at some parts though.
