Easier Lunch Run

I just finished a 5.17km running that lasted about 0hh:26mm:40ss !

I usually run a pretty hard run over the hills to the beach on Friday, but its been a long week and thought I would be nice to my body and take it a little easier with my Friday lunch run.

The weather seems to be improving a little with the wind and the rain easing off over the past few days and I am hoping this is the trend and the weather can start to warm up again.
