Afternoon Track Run
I just finished a 6.066km running that lasted about 0hh:40mm:0ss !
Thursday usually sees myself and @run.kirsty.run heading down to the running track for an easy track session. Tuesday and Wednesday are usually harder working days with our run training, so even though we will do a swim squad earlier in the day, our run will usually be a little easier.
We start with a 2km run to the track and when we get to the track will do some dynamic warm ups to get us ready for a little sprinting. We will usually do about 6 x 50m sprints, which usually turn out to be a lot of fun as we will race each other and add a light hearted training session to the middle of our week. We then finish off with another 2km run back as a cool down.

You have uploaded 134 running activities, and 19 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 19 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 113.80 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:47 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.594min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
Looks like I need to tweak the auto-commenter script a little bit. It thinks 10:54min/km is faster than 4:38min/km.. likely sorted alphabetticaly... :(
Good to see that its back though...nice work
*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
