Brodge Goes Up. Bridge Goes Down. Can't Explain That.
I just finished a 7.212km running activity that lasted about 0hh:48mm:20ss !
Nice lunctime outing with the gang. Went a little further today -- still pretty hot out at noon though, so we took a couple water breaks when we saw fountains. Also -- it was a nice little treat to be forced to rest because of the bridge being up on our trip back.
Starting to feel my legs coming back to life -- feeling the pace a bit more naturally and my breathing is already feeling stronger. Always a pleasant surprise how quickly the muscles and lungs start getting stronger.
Gonna see if I can't hit 30km volume for this week.
