Tuesday, March 19 with Work Buds

I just finished a 4.969km run that lasted about 0hh:37mm:29ss !

Went for an evening run with work buddies yesterday. Forgot to upload until just now. Need to figure out a substantially less tedious was to upload these things.

First step would be writing a method that will allow direct upload of Timex *.pwx files (why each company feels they need a slightly different format is beyond me) rather than using an online converter tool. Maybe I'll do that tonight.

Regardless -- yesterday was the first really nice day we've had so far this year. It hit 20-degrees around 2pm, and was still warm when we got out at 5pm. Running in the heat was a bit difficult -- so we took this one nice and slow, with a couple fountain breaks along the way.

Fired up for my #equinox runs tomorrow

You have uploaded 48 running activities, and 15 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

  • CIBC Run for the Cure - 2018 - 5.094km @ 05:10 min/km pace.
  • Lunchtime Stress Management - 5.024km @ 05:12 min/km pace.
  • Lunchhour 30minute Hero - 5.457km @ 05:31 min/km pace.
  • Solo Lunch Run - A Bit Quicker - 4.878km @ 05:34 min/km pace.
  • Sunday Runday - 4.552km @ 05:44 min/km pace.

Over these 15 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 74.63 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:11 min/km!

Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too!

Nice work! The weather is taking a turn for the better over in the UK as well, and was really nice today - saw some runners on my way back from campus and it made me really, really jealous.

Thanks -- it was a very gentle outing -- which I was thankful for. Gonna try to get out in about an hour here for a 10k for my @exhaust - Equinox 10k race submission... and then then the climbing gym after work, and then another 5k for the Equinox 5k race... I may be on the verge of over-doing it today, but I'm feeling pretty good, and definitely inspired by the sunshine.

Another beauty day over here today!

C'mon dude... you know why.... standardisation is only for companies that don't have any users. If you have users, it's your duty to provide products microscopically different from everyone else to really lock those suckas in. It's what your users would want.

Ah that's right. Gotta lock 'em in! Does this mean I should come up with some microscopically different, yet completely convoluted and ridiculous, XML data formatting for EXHAUST submissions?

All signs point to yes!
