Elliptical 40 min/Gorilla Bow w13 w/o 1c

I just finished a 0.177km hike that lasted about 0hh:39mm:54ss !

I continue to feel better than I have in probably a month. It must have been a bug of some sort. Boy I was down. Just didn’t feel well. I thought I was depressed but turns out I was just sick. I did 40 minutes on the Spirit xe295 elliptical. Today’s Gorilla Bow workout using Dr John Jaquish’s week 13 workout 1c.

-Chest Press 35x 390 5 second holds diminishing range of motion to near fatigue
-Overhead Press 5x60 5 second holds diminishing range of motion to fatigue
-Squats 0x60 5 second holds to fatigue
-Split Squats 10x50 5 second holds to fatigue
-Tricep push down 15x390 5 second holds diminishing range of motion to near fatigue

Something I'm making for an afternoon light meal.
-Olives and sausage from Costco,
-Boiled eggs from my chickens,
-Pickled jalapeños (Costco) and
-some Tillamook cheese.
Everything but the cheese has been pickled in the remaining olive brine once about half the olives have been consumed. I use Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar to fill the jar once the other things have been added.

At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Elliptical exercises
-Frequent resistance training (#mygorillabow, @gorillabow) and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements to my fitness plan.
