Impatience

I just finished a 5.053km running that lasted about 0hh:36mm:25ss !

I should really have run on Saturday and then I really should have yesterday but somehow I didn't get out till this morning. And I had the crazy head on that tells me I don't need to do my intervals any more, I can just run 5k instead.

Well, I still need to pay attention to the advice I've been given from a professional to stick with it. I'm not ready to run that far. So it ended up being a kind of self-regulated 2k run, couple of minutes walking, another kilometer run, almost a whole kilometer walked and then run home. ugh. It felt bad and it looks bad (compared to where I want to be - compared to this time last year it's amazing!).

Back to the regimen for the rest of the week!
