Friday Reverse Easy 12km Run
I just finished a 12.168km running that lasted about 1hh:34mm:9.0ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was warm even after a raining session my hometown at 29 degree celsius. I ran 12km at easy pace and call it a day. As usual 2 pieces of dark chocolate and a cup of long black coffee 30 minutes before my run.
