Sunday Easy 10Km
I just finished a 10.036km running that lasted about 1hh:12mm:28ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was perfect at 27 degree celsius after a raining session. I ran 10 km at easy pace at the park near my place. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
