Thursday Easy 8Km Run

I just finished a 8.021km running that lasted about 0hh:57mm:27.0ss !

Hi guys, today's weather was warm at 30 degree celsius. I ran 8km at easy pace at Likas Sports Complex straight after work. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
