Sunday Easy 8Km Run
I just finished a 8.222km run that lasted about 1hh:4mm:41ss !
Hi guys, today was a good day and my body was fully recharged from rest. So I ran an easy 8km in the early evening at the park. The weather was at 29 degree celsius and it was hot and humid. As usual had a cup of long black coffee before the run.

Man it must be tough runnning in that kind of humidity and heat. When it gets into the high 20's here, I start struggling and have to wait until later at night until it cools down.
Good job staying so consistent!

Yes buddy.. 28-29 is still acceptable. If it is on day time, it gonna be around 33-34😓😓.
