Sluggish 4.68KM Run
I just finished a 4.68km run that lasted about 00:37:08 !
Hi guys, today's run kinda sluggish. Went back home after 5pm and felt tired but wnet for a slow jog just to shred some sweat. For the first 2km my body felt heavy and my legs were just lazy for each stride. So I just finished a lousy 4.68km and called it a day. If you can see the pace, it was about 8min/km.😂😂
I am going to sleep early tonight for a long run tomorrow morning because it's a public holiday in Malaysia. Cheers.
