1st Oct 19 - Running in SHAPE
I just finished a 7.265km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:41ss !
New month new challenges, last running competition with my younger brother I won. He is ambitious so in October will not be easy. Today I ran just easy 7 km, cause tomorrow I will do test run which show how I trained last month.
