Day 12- 3 month challenge Body Weight Exercises
Welcome to day 12's exercises. Today I did knee raises, oblique knee raises, pike push ups, weighted sumo squats, back extensions, reverse back extension, sit ups, reverse sit ups.
I did today's exercises in super sets. I did 3 sets of knee raises and oblique knee raises, 20 reps each.
I did 3 sets of pike pushups 10 reps, and 3 sets of weighted sumo squats 20 reps each.
I did 2 sets of the back extensions both at 20 reps each.
And I did the situps and reverse situps 3 sets at 10 to 15 reps each.
