Gym Life

One of the most difficult things to do is to restart a workout routine. After years away from the gym, my husband and I signed up a newly built local gym, and attempted to establish a regular routine. Life, as always, conspired against us. Work, appointments, children's illnesses, car issues. Then I got sick. Then he got sick. Then the children were on vacation and my parents came to town. Ugh. Today, though, we made a triumphant return.

I started off with my usual warm up on the treadmill but decided to challenge myself by doing something new. Nervous, I approached the elliptical. I somehow managed 10 full minutes on it and didn't die. I celebrated my success by falling asleep at my desk upon returning home.

I am a professional natural bodybuilder, diet and training is part of my life, it is just a daily routine for me.
My advice to you is trying to remain consistent, stay motivated and patient, results never come easily, but with work and dedication you can make it, good luck!
