I recently took parkour class and loved it. I just have to be careful because I have a bad knee!
totally!! I'm a huge fan of slow and steady...using it well and consistently, but not overdoing it, can be really good =) I'm probably one of the most cautious parkour people I know, even with the slightest amounts of pain, I will back off and try to understand whats going on
Parkour is awesome though. It trains you so you do also prevent injuries when you jump and roll and such.
