10 Mins A Day - Get Toned!
The following week I'm going to post helpful exercises and or things I use to keep myself mobile and healthy.
In under 10 minutes you are going to hit 90 pushups - doesn't matter if you can do 10 or 100 in one set, this will test you no matter your skill level.
Start in pushups position and hit 5 nice and smooth pushups, now hold for 5 seconds.
Immediately after the 5 second hold, hit 6 pushups and then repeat the 5 second hold. Repeat adding 1 more pushup each time until you hit 10, then climb down the same way till you complete 1 pushup - always hold 5 seconds after.
It's ok if you need to stretch and rest but make sure you hit your pushups with the 5 second hold before resting.
The point is to climb from 5 to 10 and back down to 1, holding 5 seconds after each round. This is going to put so much stress on your CNS (central nervous system) that you will become more efficient each time you do this.
