I could not agree more. Consistent exercise is a must at least 3 times weekly. We must make every effort to find a way to exercise. No need to join a club or buy some fancy exercise equipment. Simply walk or jog 30 minutes or more will help overall health.

Sort:  

15 min a day of exercise would increase metabolism and would keep us in a good shape.
