Saturday Hash #1508 - "the boys are back in town!"

The Hashes in the past few weeks have been a bit quiet because a great many of our more "vocal" (annoying?) members went to visit a sister Hash down in Bali, there was an outstation that took "Knockout" and "Shagless" out of town and a few other memebers including "Anal Boring" are out scouting for an expansion in Hoi An, Vietnam.

Now, most of them are back and we had a great crew on Saturday because of it.

The trail was promised to be "easy" but if there is one thing that you can be assured of it is this: Never trust the words of a Saturday Hare. The trail was anything but easy, but it certainly was fun for those of us that were capable of getting through it (everyone made it through.)

A lot of the trail was quite scenic, but any attempt to run to gain some ground had a great chance of hurting you but like "Scooby Doo" says, "if i break that ankle, i brought a spare one."

Back at the camp, everyone tucked into cold beers and a delightful feast of potato chips and something spicy that was really only there for the Thai women, and we set to giving the FRB (front running bastards) some stick for being too fast.

All in all it was a great day out and it was great to have the noisy boys back from overseas. We still got a week before the scouts in Vietnam return and although I haven't heard from them, I would be willing to bet that they have accomplished nothing and are simply sitting somewhere enjoying the cheap lager of a beach city. To be fair, they wouldn't be Hashers if they were even remotely reliable or intelligent.

The next event takes place on Thursday, the 23rd of Jan and everyone needs to be certain to be at the pickup point at 3:15 as we are no longer waiting for anyone for any reason.
