An interesting message. Yes, I knew that the exclave is a non-independent (belonging to some country) region. The state concludes agreements with countries surrounding this remote territory. Such agreements contain guarantees that the citizens of the exclave will not be isolated from the world and will be able to travel and foreign trade. There are a lot of exclaves in the world.
