My Thoughts on "HBUS: On Millennial Demand"'s article
I think the below article that was published on HBUS.com's Medium blog is very insightful.
I think my main complaint against other established players such as Coinbase, Kraken, or Gemini in the U.S. is that they really have no distinguishable personality. They are almost like commodities in that if one offered lower fees, people would probably switch from one platform to another in less than a second. What is everyone's thoughts here?

We are interested in understanding the ideal customer profiles for our platform HBUS.com and recently we have zero’d in on the customer segment of millennials.
What defines a millennial? According to Millennial Marketing, millennials are those born between the years 1977 and 2000. Almost 50% of millennials would be more willing to make a purchase form a company if their purchase supports a cause.
Millennials in the U.S., from our research, value “cool,” sleek and minimalist user interfaces. Most are disillusioned by financial institutions, especially after the subprime mortgage crisis in 2008.
We believe that our edge in attracting millennials to our platform at HBUS will mostly be due to our mission-driven messaging of promoting transparency and trust in the blockchain ecosystem and being a pioneer on topics such as compliance, AML/CFT practices, etc., privacy policies, etc.
