Can we finally acknowledge that gsr-io is a de facto exchange account? As far as I can tell their only activity on the chain is to serve as an intermediary between one large account and a bunch of other exchanges.
Yeah, that makes sense. I look at it more like an OTC account, but I guess that qualifies as an "exchange" anyway in some regard. Thanks Smooth. I'll add it to the next report.
