Not sure what you mean...? Every time you post on Steemit and get upvotes for value, you then get a payout 7 days later. For example, I just upvoted your comment for a quarter. 7 days from this moment, you'll get that amount added to your wallet when you claim it. From there you can transfer it to an exchange and convert to BTC or to fiat currency as you see fit.
