    One thing it does is show you who is abandoning ship and who is coming aboard. Like any other organization, when those who have been the most influential leaders and top investors are cashing out big time and saying good-by, it looks like bad news. Meanwhile new talent and investment coming in turns things around and keeps the Site vital.
