Another benefit I see with IEO is that investors won't need to apply for white listing for every project.

But I'd love to see some huge IEO successes in small exchanges and some IEO failures in big exchanges to offer a level playing field to all IEOs. Otherwise the name of the exchange involved itself will decide the estimated amount of funding that can be raised in any IEO. Exchanges should not act as VCs but just a facilitating vehicle for fund raising. But perhaps all these will change with the increase in IEOs anyways.
