I am amazed and thrilled how science has unraveled and explained many of the mysteries of Mother Nature...in fact, so much so that humans are able to alter and change her with this knowledge. 

One such area humans have demonstrated ability to influence Mother Nature is genetically modifying plants to yield higher outputs and resist chemicals...yet many of us feel trying to control Mother Nature is a bad idea...instead, working with her and allowing her to evolve at her pace, rather than speeding up the process and picking what traits are deemed desirable, is the natural order of this universe. 

Trying to regulate and exert power over Mother Nature to fix issues caused by our actions tends to only upset her and make her angry...thus causing bigger and more devastating problems that could have been resolved by simply changing our behavior. 

I am hearing and seeing this way of thinking as becoming the collective consciousness...we, as a society are implementing renewable energy sources...developing more efficient and healthy ways of producing food...conserving our resources...investing in safe and clean technology...basically transforming our behaviors to be in harmony with Mother Nature as oppose to fight against her. 

The transition from trying to command Mother Nature to living in sync with her is an ongoing process...learning from our mistakes and taking responsibility will allow the healing to continue from our ignorance and misjudgment!
