My evergreen playlist track for today is by Frank Sinatra titled My Way. This version by Sinatra was released in 1969 and went on to spend 75 weeks on the UK Top 40, a record till date. I particularly like this version because it is Sinatra's and his voice made it a big hit.

The lyrics is really touchy and special because whenever you sing it, you are telling a story of a man who lived life without regrets and with so much courage. I believe it takes a truly grateful heart to say it like it is when they are taking a recollection of life.
We must chart courses that lead somewhere with calculated steps intended to take us to the place of rest and fulfillment. You must eat the doubts and when it becomes too bitter to swallow, spit it out and then, you will have done it all.
I want to live as a man who has got no regrets for being himself. I want to be that man who has control over himself so I am able to stand before myself and the world and say: "I did it my way." Every step taken in life must be one you can lay claim to, because knowing where you came from and how the journey has been will make you stand tall anywhere.
I don't want to get to an older age and wonder what it would have been like had I lived life my way. A man is nothing if he cannot make up his mind to make the best decisions about what he wants and where he is going. We must all live for the moments that makes life worth living for.
