Retreats are easier to run than Conferences

I work with a lot of business owners that are amazing. I mean seriously, amazing. It excites me that so many want to add events to their businesses. I am a huge advocate of retreats because plain and simple they are easier to run. Conferences are awesome, but they are a lot of work and WAY more money.
