Nice! Making me a bit homesick, mostly for the tasty food advertised.
Are you thinking about posting about those dishes? Kolbász is sausage of course, but have you ever tried Lángos? Impossible to find outside Hungary, and for all its greasiness, it's such a delight! I'm sure it would make a fun entry.
I actually made a post about a restaurant near there and had a stew and fish soup which apparently a must have in the town. I find the sausages in general a bit too oily lol
