SSHOULD developing countries practice eugenics to promote faster economic growth?

Comparing Poland to USA is like comparing apple to orange. Instead, we should take Singapore as example. The island country has been discouraging couples with low salaries from reproducing, and actively bringing in smart people all over the world in. Result? One of the smartest (highest national IQ) countries in the world.

China has policies promoting eugenics and they are growing fast, freaking fast. You think declining West can stop China? Dream on!
