Let's hope they deliver, they have been very confident and done a lot of promising...
Now I just read on their site under platform and technology:
"DO YOU ACCEPT FIAT PAYMENT METHODS?
No, not initially but we will make an announcement when any changes occur."
Okay, so what happened to the "Coinbase killer" and all that hype? Slightly disappointed, but at least they are mentioning this, maybe it is tricky to set-up a decent fiat-gateway now days...?
It's definitely tricky. Regulations are so all over the place right now and companies like ETHOS want to make sure they're in it for the long haul. Much larger companies are trying to pull it off and struggling to get the kinds of permissions they need. I would be more worried if they were rushing to get a fiat gateway open at any cost.
