A new concept of Ethics and Justice

After my entries on the world of Indie RPG, I decided to cover other aspects already related to my Administration / Management career with the help of essays and writings from my student days, which could be useful for others who are starting to study or for those who think to start this race.

Throughout history, peoples have tried to govern responsibly and fairly over their subjects, in such a way that there is always complete harmony between them, so that corruption and selfishness do not diminish. Some have achieved this and have carried out great losses of glory and prosperity to their governments and reigns, based on the just and intelligent administration of their resources, both of the land and of the humans who inhabit it, ensuring their needs and satisfaction. to assert justice for each one, without any distinction or indicator of caste or wealth.

Just as there were governments based on ethics and justice, there were others who did not even bother to carry out their task well: They relied on tyrannical and bloody power, which expelled until the last effort of the population, at the same time crush it with edicts, taxes and unjust taxes that sink them more and more into poverty, while the elite grows fat like pigs. Practically so now, in many governments characterized by an open and declared corruption based on the Mercadocentrismo, which almost rivals those of ancient times, promising false promises here and there, while the bulk of the people is exhausted more every day by overwork and taxes, while the ruling class is illicitly enriched.

In order to have a just government, it is necessary to have a firm hand that keeps at bay and exterminates the harmful ideas that pretend to be enriched at the expense of the people, while ensuring each of the rights of the citizens, giving each one the opportunity to enforce justice, ruling with righteousness and benevolence. Only in this way will it be possible to contribute to a place where there is complete harmony between the different powers, ensuring that these are balanced in true justice and fairness.
