people mix truth with fiction all of the time
Even the best quality REAL-TRUE-FACTS are still sample-biased which means they cannot be OBJECTIVE (unbiased).
it does appear that way at times some say
You can't escape sample-bias.
Generally speaking, it is not possible without special help.
