Come on @enforcer48 I saw the same post as you did but I bothered to check. It was not even close to what was being claimed at the time!
As for that stats, at the time the % of total reward pool was display on steemworld. Check with Steemchiller if you doubt me.
As for claiming accounts, I have two people telling two completely different stories, not sure who is telling me truth yet. But when I get that extra digit i will get some practical experience and know for sure.
One thing you should know about me, I never make up bullshit stories.
