EtherDelta no longer on Github ? Consider this a public service announcement !

As I am in the middle of building my studio and setting up tools to do my own vlogging about cryptos, anarchism, pseudo-politics and the like, I was checking out my Ethereum and erc-20 token balances when I discovered something strange. A 404 error page for EtherDelta !

I began trolling around online trying to find out what happened. I was about to take on a heavy of ETH so I could trade on EtherDelta and pick some more of my shiny droplets of electric hope and the thought of losing this wonderful and decentralized peer-to-peer exchange made my heart heavy.

I am actually quite confused myself over the whole situation. All the news I try to read, listen, and watch and not one mention of moving. It does make one think that malicious forces are at work and the fear of getting scammed via exit-type or being hacked is getting everyone worked up into a frenzy. I'm going to sit back and wait for the smoke to clear and be sure. Giving out my private key to a potential black hat operative doesn't appeal to me at all, especially since it has been stated before that any other site other than the Github site would be a fake. Hackers can be very skilled social engineers and this would be one very elaborate set up, especially since the official Twitter page is involved and "people" are claiming to have made their new transactions on the alleged new site successfully.

My advice is pretty basic and common sense filled......to wait. Let's see if there is anymore info on this and as I am able to, I will post the best information possible that I can as an update. I'm sure we get a fuller and more robust confirmation and explanation soon to put us all at ease.

EDIT: The regular github site seems to be working, but I'm still skiddish on whether it and the Twitter account have been compromised. Still waiting for official 100% confirmed info on if it is safe. Later tonight/early morning I will be trying out with a new MEW account very carefully after moving funds around. I will be keeping my ear to the ground...
